Meet The Team
WILLIAMS AMOATENG
Williams Amoateng is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GoldBerry Group of Companies. He is a Social Entrepreneur and Management Consultant. His depth of experience has developed him into a versatile, effective leader and resourceful problem – solver.
Prior to establishing this Company, he has made an impeccable track record in management consultancy which has helped to raise funding for SMEs in the form of grants and debt – financing.
Throughout his career, Amoateng has gained broad experience working in telecommunication, public sector and investment banking. He has worked for reputable government institutions such as Ministry of Trade and Industry, National Road Safety Authority and Central Regional Coordinating Council where he supervised and coordinated projects.
He has worked for Vodafone Ghana, a multinational telecommunication company in Ghana, where he worked within the Customer Experience Department.
He was the Senior Relationship Executive Officer at McOttley Capital which is an investment and assets management company. During his tenure at the Company, he helped create and manage accounts for clients.
He has extensive experience and in-depth understanding of managing a portfolio of businesses as he was the General Manager for Ngusra Group of Companies where he managed the various subsidiaries of the Company.
He is a Trade Finance Consultant for Euro Exim Bank in charge of generating businesses for the Bank in Africa.
Amoateng leads the entire GoldBerry team and offers strategic direction for the Company. He brings to the Company a well – rounded knowledge and expertise which can help protect shareholder investment in the Company.
He holds Graduate Diploma in Business Management and distinction in Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom. He has also received several trainings in project management, monitoring & evaluation and customer management.
ESI MANSA OKLU
Esi Mansa Oklu is a founding member and Director of GoldBerry Group of Companies. She is a Technocrat and Management Consultant by profession. She has wealth of experience and expertise in public administration, human resource management, financial management and policy planning.
Esi has had a successful career spanning more than fourteen (14) years in the civil service, having worked in the health sector as well as the security sector in management positions.
Her professional competence is evident in the number of ministerial committees she has served on and enormous contributions she has made in the public sector.
She brings on board to the Group a deep knowledge and managerial competencies which can help grow the Company. Her focus is on setting the strategic direction and policies for the Group.
Esi has received a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration from the University of Ghana Business School.
She is a Member of Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC).
